1 Corinthians 13: 4-7 4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Mary J. Woods taught this scripture through the life she lived.
On the 21st Day of March in 2009 we gathered to celebrate a woman of few words whose life exemplified love and servitude. We are so thankful that God allowed this beautiful flower to grace our lives for 95 years.

God looked around His garden, And found an empty place, He then looked down upon the earth And saw Mary’s loving face. He put his arms around her. And lifted her to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful He always takes the best. He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb, So He closed Mary’s weary eyelids And whispered "Peace be thine". It broke our hearts to lose her, But she didn’t go alone, For part of us went with her On March 16, 2009 when God called her home.
